We'll take digital impressions of your smile and use them to create a Smile Design that will show you how your final results will look. You can view your Smile Design through a code on our website. We also use the impressions to design your personalized aligners and send them to a dental lab.

Once your aligners arrive, we'll help you fit your first set and adjust it for comfort. We'll also provide tips on how to use and care for your aligners. Each set is worn for two weeks before graduating to the next set in the series. Our dentist will invite you back for periodic visits so we can monitor your progress and make adjustments when needed.

During your treatment, we'll provide you with whitening gel to help you brighten your smile. You can apply the gel directly to the trays for even whitening across your smile while you straighten your teeth. The cost of the gel is included in your treatment so that your smile will look its best when treatment is complete.

Caring for Your Invisalign Aligners

Taking care of your teeth aligners is a fairly straightforward process. Be sure to take out your aligners whenever you eat or drink anything other than water. Brush your teeth after eating to avoid trapping food, as it could affect the color and odor of your aligners.

Rinse your aligners before putting them back in, and brush them at least once a day. Use a soft toothbrush and clear antibacterial soap to clean them, as toothpaste and hard bristles can scratch your aligners.

When you remove your trays, keep them in a case to avoid them getting lost or accidentally thrown away. If you do lose your aligners, continue to wear your previous set and call our dentist so that we can provide a replacement for you.
